Facebook is our primary platform for social media. Our research showed that our customers wanted content relevant to their lives, not just a bunch of posts promoting our sales, so we now focus mostly focusing on content around credit, finances and life. We’ve seen a huge increase in engagement. Here are the stats from October 2019 to October 2020:

  • 5,4775% increase in reactions (122 to 6,804)

  • 192.65% increase in people reached (51,673 to 151,224)

  • 9,133% increase in shares (from 3 to 277)

Blogging

 

Our new blog was launched in late July and has driven significant customer engagement (over 32,000 views). Traffic is driven primarily from our Facebook posts, website assets and some small-circulation emails. Our focus is similar to our social strategy, with articles about credit, finances and life.
